Myofascial Release Treatment

Myofascial Release Treatment is a hands-on approach, using gentle, sustained pressure to release pain-sensitive tissue, in order to heal the body and restore normal functioning. 


Diana Lomonte, PT, offers 60 or 90 minute treatments to address your individual needs for pain management, reduced tissue tightness, increased range of motion and improved overall functioning.  

Your one-on-one treatment session ensures that treatment and healing advice is tailored to your personal needs, goals, and lifestyle.


You will also receive a home program in order to continue your own self-treatment and healing.  


Healing doesn't stop once you leave the treatment session; 

Healing is a process.

Diana is available to answer your personal questions and concerns,

even after you leave the table.

Myofascial Release Self-Treatment Classes

Diana Lomonte, PT, teaches a Meditation and Myofascial Self-Care class at Brooklyn Athletic Club.


During this class, you will learn how to gently incorporate principles of mindfulness, myofascial release, and yoga-type stretches into a comprehensive self-treatment that you can incorporate into your home routine for continued healing.


Classes will held in Brooklyn Athletic Club

again in September 2019.

Diana is trained in JFB-MFR, Yoga for the Special Child®, and is certified in Yoga for adults.  

Elements of mindfulness and meditation are incorporated into each individualized session, in order to heal the mind-body connection.
