"We need to open up the body. Because it's through the body that we get in touch with our spirit and mind. That's when healing and growth occur. It seems to be the missing link in other therapies." - John F. Barnes P.T.
The John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (JFB-MFR) approach is extremely effective for decreasing pain, improving range of motion, and helping an individual to regain functioning, in order to reclaim control over their life.
Unlike traditional massage, MFR uses gentle release over time, which allows your body's tissue to naturally open up and realign on its own, creating more lasting change.
Myofascial Release Treatment is a hands-on approach, using gentle, sustained pressure to release pain-sensitive tissue, in order to heal the body and restore normal functioning.
Diana Lomonte, PT, offers 60 or 90 minute treatments to address your individual needs for pain management, reduced tissue tightness, increased range of motion and improved overall functioning.
Your one-on-one treatment session ensures that treatment and healing advice is tailored to your personal needs, goals, and lifestyle.
You will also receive a home program in order to continue your own self-treatment and healing.
Healing doesn't stop once you leave the treatment session;
Healing is a process.
Diana is available to answer your personal questions and concerns,
even after you leave the table.
