A hands-on approach, using gentle, sustained pressure to release pain-sensitive tissue, in order to heal the body and restore normal  functioning. 



Myofascial Release Self-Treatment Classes

Learn how to gently incorporate principles of mindfulness, myofascial release, and yoga into a comprehensive self-treatment that you can incorporate into your home routine for continued healing.  

Classes will held in Brooklyn Athletic Club starting January 2019.

Diana is trained in JFB-MFR, Yoga for the Special Child®, and is certified in Yoga for adults.  

Elements of mindfulness and meditation are incorporated into each individualized session, in order to heal the mind-body connection.
